Traveling information
La Rochelle has a commercial airport with direct flights from different european cities. All details are available on the airport website.
La Rochelle can also be reached by train from Paris (approx. 2h30), Nantes (approx. 1h45) and Bordeaux (2h30). All trains and bus timetables can be consulted and booked on the SNCF website.
Accommodation
La Rochelle is a touristic area and offers a large variety of accommodation options, from luxury hotels to budget hostels . Many of which are within walking distance of the conference location. Hotel rooms range from € 50 to € 1,000 per night.

Venues
The conference will be held in La Rochelle University Building where many amphitheatres are available. La Rochelle University is a small university integrated inside the La Rochelle city. All facilities will then be available by a 5 to 15 min walk from main hotels and touristic places from the city (old harbour, city center…).
If necessary, the La Rochelle University can provide additional rooms for meetings, networking and so on.
